![]() The drinks came quickly and were delicious. He made great drink recommendations based off of what we were thinking we wanted. We also went right before sunset, so the lighting made the views beautiful. We were continuously looking around and pointing out different buildings/areas to my boyfriend's coworker who is not from the area. Considering this and that it is a hotel restaurant, I was not expecting much, but I was definitely impressed!įirst, the views of downtown are awesome. I had not heard of this place until my boyfriend and I went with his coworker who was staying at the hotel in the same building. If this is the kind of service we can count on in the future, it is time to find another lunch place. When we left there were two servers on the floor and a grand total of 5 tables of patrons. When I finally tracked him down the get the bill, he stated that he was serving other tables and did the best he could. He seems to be in no mood to travel to the rear of the restaurant to serve us. We had to request everything and on a couple of occasions had to get up and go looking for our server to get additional beverages, bread and finally the bill. Because he had additional tables in the front of the restaurant with some lovely ladies, he chose to spend the majority of his time there. We were met by a server almost immediately but the service went down hill from there. I felt that they were hiding us away because of the service dog which is bordering on violation of ADA laws. We travel with our service dog and surprisingly were seated in the rear of the restaurant by the hostess. We arrived at the 2:00 hour and needless to say the restaurant was not busy. We always stop at Bravo at ABQ Uptown due to the quality of food and great service but a visit to the ABQ restaurant on Tuesday assures us that we need to choose another restaurant. My husband and I live in Santa Fe, NM and travel to Albuquerque 3-4 times a year. MORE than a month later and no refund!!! I will never go to this restaurant again neither will I order work meeting lunches from here ever again. It means a lot to me that you care enough about my business to make things right with me. Thank you for letting me know of the issue so I can educate my staff on the menu items. If that would be good for you, please contact me either by email or you can reach me at the store and I will get some mailed out to you. I would like to send s out some certificates to you so you may have the correct salad at no cost yourself. ![]() When the Cobb salad is made correctly, its one of my favorites and it is wonderful. ![]() I do a lot of carry out myself and I too know how frustrating it can be to get the wrong order. I wanted to reach to you and apologize about the incorrect to go order you received today. Overall, I would recommend this venue, but encourage you to just remember they got things covered and it will be beautiful and perfect (even if you aren’t sure what’s happening during some of the planning phase) We originally requested to have the bar closed during our ceremony, but it was opened as a cash bar (although it’s not what we planned, this ended up being a wonderful surprise as it was 95 degrees out and our guests really needed something to drink!) Once things started though, the rehearsal and ceremony ran beautifully. ![]() The coordinator was meeting with other clients, so we were forced to wait the 30 minutes to begin. The company also wrote on the calendar that our rehearsal began 30 minutes later than what our contract stated. We were eventually reassigned, but our new contact person was significantly less attentive than our first person. Our initial coordinator left the company, so we went several weeks with no contact person. Our only downfall was the communication was lacking during the planning process. Our ceremony at The Boathouse was beautiful. ![]()
